Fix: withGlobalTauri + Bridge-Pfadsuche für Dev-Modus

- tauri.conf.json: withGlobalTauri: true — behebt 'invoke undefined'
- claude.rs: Bridge-Script in 3 Pfaden suchen (Binary-Dir, Cargo-Manifest, CWD)
