CI: AppImage Build Pipeline für Forgejo Actions

- Triggert bei [appimage] im Commit oder Release-Tag (v*)
- Baut mit Tauri-Container + Node 22 + Rust stable
- Lädt AppImage als Artifact hoch
- Bei Tag: Erstellt automatisch Release mit AppImage
