Fix: Rechtes Panel tatsächlich kleiner schiebbar

Alle Panels nutzen jetzt feste px-Werte, das letzte Panel bekommt
den Restplatz über JS-Berechnung statt CSS 1fr. Dadurch kann der
Drag-Handle die Breite tatsächlich reduzieren.
