fix: Kabel-Filter Checkbox besser sichtbar machen

- Checkbox jetzt rechts oben neben Titel positioniert
- Grauer Hintergrund mit Rahmen für bessere Sichtbarkeit
- Filter-Icon hinzugefügt
- Inline-Form für sofortiges Submit beim Klicken
