fix: Standard Dolibarr Include-Pattern für setup.php [deploy] 
require main.inc.php funktioniert nicht bei Volume-Mounts.
Jetzt Standard-Pattern mit CONTEXT_DOCUMENT_ROOT + Fallbacks.
